Every professional cleaning service that MaidPro provides is guided by our 49-Point Checklist™. This is MaidPro Reno's way of providing the guarantee of what tasks will be completed by the PROs in your home's cleaning services. MaidPro is very careful to select, vet, and train every one of our PROs. You're getting only the best housekeeping professionals around, employed, bonded, and insured by MaidPro Reno.

We aim to send the same PRO(s) every time to ensure you have a friendly and familiar face in your home. Please keep in mind that your regular PRO may be sick or out of town at times.

No need to run the vacuum before we arrive—that's what you hire us for! However, for the most efficient and effective clean, we ask that you please pick up any toys, clothing, or trash before we arrive. Also, make sure your pets are somewhere comfortable so we don't disrupt their peace. We understand things happen and you may not be able to keep your scheduled cleaning services—that's OK! Just please let us know a minimum of 2 business days in advance of your appointment and we'll do our best to shift your schedule. When rescheduling or canceling your home-cleaning services, please contact your local MaidPro.

Not only are we animal lovers, but we also use only animal (and kid) safe products. That means that you don't need to worry if your fluffy friend licks the floor after we're done mopping it.

We require customers to have an active credit or debit card on file at all times. You are welcome to pay with any major credit card.

Yes! We can always add time to your clean to complete dishes, but dishes are not included in your work order unless specified prior to the clean.

You can leave a key or an access code for your PRO to access your home on cleaning days when you might not be home.

Labor hours is the total time a clean takes to complete, combining the time of your PROs. Man hours is the time each PRO independently spends inside the home.

No problem! We love animals! We vacuum furniture, wipe all surfaces and vacuum/mop floors to get all the pet hair and dander. We do not clean any animal feces or urine.

Of course!

Of course! We do not need anyone home to complete a clean. We do ask for a way to get into the home to get started and/or a way to lock up when we finish.

Give us a call in the office within 24 hours of your most recent service. We offer a 24-hour reclean guarantee. We will come back to reclean any areas that are on your work order that you are not satisfied with at no additional cost!

We ask that you notify us of any cancellations at least two business days before your scheduled clean. If you cancel less than two business days in advance, there's a $75 cancellation fee.

If your PRO does not have a way into your home, there is a $75 locked-out fee.

After the first time we are locked out, we will charge the full price of a clean.

House Account is an online portal you can use to access your account. You can request additional services, reschedule cleans, cancel cleans, tip your PROs and more.

Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We are not open on weekends.

We recommend calling at least two weeks in advance.

Yes! We can clean your whole home, or just specific rooms of it.

MaidPro is an indoor cleaning service. We do not clean garages or patios.

No, we do not clean walls. We do clean baseboards, door frames, light switches, outlets and photo frames on the wall.

Nope! We come with everything we need.

Call the office to notify the office staff of what you'd like your PROs to use instead. If a customer prefers to use their own cleaning chemicals, we require that the customer provides those for their PROs on their own.

Yes! Please notify the office of this request so we can update your account notes.

We understand that finding the perfect PRO for your home is personal. We are happy to change your PRO at any time to ensure a good fit for your home.

Additional services are services that we offer outside of our standard 49-Point Checklist.

These include: cleaning the inside of the oven, cleaning the inside of the fridge, cleaning the inside of all cabinets, dusting blinds and changing bed linens.
