Justine- Field Manager
Hi, I'm Justine! I began my career with MaidPro in 2018 as a PRO and quickly advanced to trainer, QC, and now Field Manager. Cleaning has always been a passion of mine — something I've loved since childhood — and I take pride in creating a positive, fun, and professional environment for both our team and our clients.
I grew up in Florida, where I learned the value of discipline, leadership, and teamwork through JROTC, serving as a flight leader, logistics commander, and Color Guard commander. One of my favorite memories was leading our Color Guard team in presenting the colors at an Orlando Magic basketball game!
In 2011, I moved to Virginia to be with my husband while he served in the Navy. A few years later, I discovered MaidPro Chesapeake and knew instantly it was the perfect fit — a chance to do what I love while helping people. Seven years later, I'm still just as excited to be part of this amazing team.
Most people would describe me as happy-go-lucky, and I enjoy bringing that energy to every home we clean. My goal is always to support my team, deliver excellent service, and keep learning and growing every day. None of this would be possible without the encouragement of our incredible owner, Lily Carson, whose leadership inspires me to keep shining!
